Thermal battery is an ideal solution for industrial thermal processes. It is capable of storing heat between -30 and 120 Celsius degrees. The cheapest energy is the one, which does not need to be produced. With cyclic thermal industrial processes, the heat produced once can be stored after use and reused in the next cycle.


Industrial thermal processes, cyclic heating up of a furnace, or timed cooling down of a tank are determined by the production process. Sometimes, it is the basis of the know-how. Whether it is the controlled cooling process of beer production or the making of chocolate bon bons, the automation of production cycles or shifts within the day, make the thermal characteristic identifiable for planning heat recycling.


In order to make its application cost-effective, the three features of Heatventors Intelligent Thermal Battery has been integrated; the diversity and versatility of PCMs (for wide range temperature set up), the standard battery design and the scalability. These features make Thermal Battery an excellent business solution that adapts to different user needs.


The Heatventors Intelligent Thermal Battery allows the reuse of the heat generated during these processes, its transportation and reducing energy consumption and prolonging the life cycle of heating and cooling units. 
This helps to reduce the environmental impact of industrial operations. The controller of the battery is responsible for charging and discharging, whilst also storing data, which can be analysed by the process management system.


To make the best possible offer, our engineering team first investigates the manufacturing process, collects energy data, and then designs the thermal battery pack size and complete system implementation to fit legacy systems.
